Service description

Revo ("the App") is a Shopify app that enables merchants to collect and display product reviews with photos and videos. The App provides automated review request emails, review management, and storefront widgets.

Subscription and billing

• The App requires an active subscription of $9.99 USD per month, billed through Shopify.
• There is no free trial. Billing begins immediately upon installation and subscription approval.
• You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

User-generated content

• Reviews, photos, and videos submitted by your customers are stored and displayed on your storefront.
• You are responsible for moderating review content on your store.
• We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted content.

Disclaimer

• The App provides review collection and display functionality only.
• We do not guarantee any specific increase in sales, conversions, or search rankings.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
